Return & Cancellation Policy

All steering wheels sold by EXH are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been finalized.

Order Changes

Customers have up to 24 hours after placing their order to request any changes or alterations. After this 24-hour period, the order is considered finalized, and no further modifications can be made.

Damaged Items

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, EXH will determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations Before Delivery

If a customer requests a return or cancellation before the product arrives, approval is at the sole discretion of EXH. Because custom work begins shortly after an order is placed, only a partial refund may be issued, depending on how much work has already been completed.
