Delivery & Dispatch Time

Our website has a general dispatch time of 16 working days for all items that are not held in stock. Unfortunately, this does not apply to steering wheels.

All orders for steering wheels are made to order. This means they can take 4-6 weeks to be dispatched. We use next day services in the UK for all our steering wheels, which means once your order has been dispatched, it will be with you the next working day.

Incorrect Wheel
You are responsible for ensuring that the wheel you order will fit your car. We can provide confirmation of fitment if you send us a picture of your current steering wheel before ordering. In most circumstances, we cannot accept returns for steering wheels that have been ordered incorrectly. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your options if you have ordered incorrectly.

Order Cancellation
As all orders (unless otherwise stated as “in stock”) are made to order and customised to your specification, they cannot usually be cancelled once production has commenced. If, in exceptional cases, we agree to cancel an order after production has started, we will refund your order minus the irrecoverable costs already incurred (materials, labour, and customisation work). This is typically up to 25% of the order total. If you cancel your order before production has begun, we will refund you 100% of the order total.
